I met Erne on the wine estate where they live just outside of Stellenbosch. On the day of the shoot, she was less than a week away from giving birth to her second child – doesn’t she look beautiful? Her sweet little boy, Stian, was a real star and very enthusiatically played along. I can’t wait to meet their little girl!

I first met Elanza and her family two years ago, when I took photos of her while she was expecting Jana. I then did another shoot when Jana was about a week old and was lucky enough to be invited back to photograph Elanza’s second pregnancy! They are expecting another little girl and I’m sure she’ll be just as cute and beautiful as her older sister. We did the shoot on their farm just outside of Paarl en Jana just loves having the run of the place. I’ll be going back there once the little one is born, so watch this space!

I met Leonie, her husband and their very excited dogs at their home in Somerset West, 10 days before her baby, Tian, was born. She looked absolutely gorgeous!

As I mentioned in yesterday’s post, Julie is pregnant with her third little boy. Jack is three years old and Luke two, so it’s no wonder Julie is in such fine shape! Here are a few images of her very neat little bump.

Anneline is expecting a little boy towards the end of February. They are very excited about the pending birth of their son and Anneline looks absolutely gorgeous. Can’t wait to meet the new addition!

I met Kelly and her husband on their farm just outside of Stellenbosch. They are expecting their first child and opted to wait until the baby is born to find out whether it’s a boy or a girl. I really admire their patience and it’s worth waiting for it to be a surprise! Towards the end of the shoot, we were joined by a little duck who just couldn’t hide his interest in all the activity – or his curiosity to find out if someone packed a snack for him 
.

I posted some pics of 18 month-old Teneil in my previous post. This is her gorgeous mother, expecting her second child. Teneil loves to talk to and touch the baby, it is just to sweet to watch!
Expecting Jana | Somerset West & Stellenbosch Maternity Photographer
Elanza is expecting her first baby – a little girl that they will name Jana – and in fact she is going in for a c-section tomorrow! I am so excited for her and her husband and can’t wait to meet their little pink bundle – watch this space for photos of their newborn.
