Nicola & Glen | Cape Town Photographer

These are the highlights of what has to be my favourite children shoot so far, for a few reasons. If was the first time I did a proper shoot on the beach. (Can you believe it? Shocking, I know.) The light was glorious. I also got to do it in Plett. And most importantly, these gorgeous children belong to my best friend in the whole world - it was an enormous joy and a privilege to shoot them!

Just Visiting | Cape Town Portrait Photographer

Ilse and her family are South Africans, currently living in Australia. They spent some time here visiting family and friends and Ilse also took the opportunity to bring her almost 5 month old baby boy for a shoot. He is the friendliest little man, but as soon as he saw the lights flashing, he was in such awe that he forgot to smile! Ilse had to work very hard to draw a smile out of that serious face!

Nico | Somerset West Baby Photographer

This gorgeous little fella came from this bump and is his parents firstborn. He was a very good model for his very first shoot, as long as he had his dummy firmly in his mouth (or was being cuddled by mom or dad)!

Hilde and her little ones

I met Hilde at her home in Milnerton to help welcome the arrival of her newborn son who was only one week old at the time of the shoot. His slightly older sister was also at home, so off course we couldn’t exclude her from the shoot! Hilde also has two older children who already goes to school, so I could focus all my attention on the little ones.
